About the service

RentPass.si lets renters collect references from past landlords and share them with selected landlords. The service is free for renters.

Account

You need an email address you have access to. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, including landlords' details.

Reference requests

You may only ask people who actually rented a flat to you for a reference. Sending requests to people unconnected to a rental, or to harass anyone, is prohibited.

References

References are the opinions of landlords. RentPass does not verify their content or the identity of landlords and does not rate renters. Landlords must state only true facts and must not include sensitive information.

Sharing

You can revoke a share link at any time. Anyone who receives a link may use its content only to decide on renting out a flat.

Liability

The service is provided as is. We are not liable for decisions landlords or renters make based on references.

Changes

We will notify you of material changes to the terms at your next sign-in and ask you to confirm them again. Questions: zasebnost@rentpass.si.
