How RentPass works

RentPass is your renter passport. The references are yours – you decide which ones are shown and who sees them.

  1. Create a profile

Sign in with your email – we send you a sign-in link, no password needed. Add your name, a short bio and, if you like, your employment status and whether you have pets.

  2. Add past rentals

For each rental, enter the city, the period and your landlord's name and email. We don't need the full address.

  3. Ask for a reference

We email your landlord a one-time link that is valid for 14 days. They fill in a short structured form – no sign-up.

  4. Review and publish

When a reference arrives, you see it first. You decide whether to publish or hide it, and you can add a short reply.

  5. Share the link

Create a share link valid for 24 hours, 7 or 30 days. You see how often it was opened and can revoke it at any time.
